Rotary Club of Karamadai was statred on 14th September 2020 with 52 members,which is sponsored by Rotary Mettupalayam. Rtn.Siva Sathishkumar was the Charter President and Rtn.Magesh was the Charter Secretary. During first year itself by doing more service projects to the society, rotary Karamadai become popular and both Rtn.Siva Sathishkumar and Rtn.Magesh received the best president and secretary award respectively. Diring the second year Rtn.Gnanasekaran took office as a President in 2021-22, continued the josh to next level. Currently in 2022-23 Rtn.Magesh took office as Preisdent and Rtn.Sathese Kumar as a Secretary of Rotary Karamadai is working hard to take the club to next level with 78 members.

Chartered on 7th September 2020 with 52 dedicated members, the Rotary Club of Karamadai (Club ID 221953) was proudly sponsored by Rotary Club of Mettupalayam. Nestled at the foothills of Ooty, near the Western Ghats bordering Kerala to the west and Karnataka to the north, the club has quickly established itself as a vibrant and dynamic force within District 3203, Zone 5.
Leadership and Growth
In the Rotary year 2025–2026, under the leadership of Rtn. MPHF Kumanan Natarajan, the club reached new heights. Membership grew to 80 Rotarians, and the club made a remarkable TRF contribution of INR 2.5 Crores, reflecting its strong commitment to Rotary’s global mission.

Service Projects
In just a few years, the club has successfully executed 200+ service projects, addressing diverse community needs. Notable initiatives include:
- Medical Camps: General health check-ups, eye camps, heart and lung screenings, blood donation drives, and healing camps.
- Blood Donation: Collection of 250 units of blood, saving countless lives.
- Organized Marathon for Drug and Traffic Awareness
- Organized District Interact event and Pre-PELS and SELS for Year 2026-2027
- Organized Several awareness Rallies including Polio, Drug and Traffic.
- Organized RYLA program RV Arts and Science College
- Honoured Teachers and Students, Trailblazing Women leaders
- CSR Projects in Progress:
- Anbalaya Old Age Home – supporting senior citizens with care and dignity.
- Bellathi Water Percolation Project – enhancing sustainable water management for the community.
